Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

We will notify you when you reach 80% of any plan limit. Once you hit the ceiling, you can still operate normally for the current day, but you will need to upgrade to continue adding new resources. We never delete your data or interrupt active queues.

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid plan if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, you can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued after the 14-day window.

No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding costs, and no hidden charges on any plan. Enterprise customers receive complimentary onboarding assistance at no extra cost. You only pay the advertised plan price.
